Nova Earth Project offers educational programs, resources, and professional services to support individuals and institutions in their quest for what’s possible. We offer both tailored personal coaching programs as well as dynamic group experiences.

Organizational Consulting

We partner with organizations navigating cultural transitions, leadership challenges, or the need for strategic reinvention. Drawing on deep cross-sector experience from large-scale cultural projects to European SME networks, we work as thinking partners — helping leaders see clearly, act boldly, and build cultures that work for the humans inside them.

Architectural Consulting

We work with architectural firms and owners to support projects from early concept through detailed documentation, helping clients define programming needs, explore concept and schematic design strategies, and align project goals with design intent. Our services also include peer review of Construction Document (CD) sets, along with assistance in specification writing to improve coordination, clarity, and constructability.

Leadership Coaching

We offer private and small-group coaching for executives, founders, and creative professionals ready to move beyond their current horizon. We integrate strategic clarity, somatic intelligence, creative vision, and energy medicine into a coherent practice of sustained high performance and meaningful contribution. Available online and in-person.
